Baptized Nov. 5th 1891 by David D. Sabin and Confirmed Nov. 5th 1891 by Peter A. Peterson at Salem, Utah Co., Utah


Was ordained a Priest in the Aaronic Priesthood at LaGrande, Oregon April 13th 1902 by Edwin Z. Carbine.


Ordained and set apart as Librarian in the Young Men’s Mutual Improvement Association of LaGrande Ward August 16th 1905 (3?) by Charles J. Black.


Ordained an Elder in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at LaGrande, Oregon March 31, 1907 by Bishop George E. Stoddard and was married in the Salt Lake Temple April 4th 1907 by Apostle Francis M. Lyman.


Was ordained a Seventy at LaGrande Sept. 13th 1908 by George R. Lyman.


Was set apart as a Ward Teacher in LaGrande Oct. 25th 1908 by David H. Jordan.


Was ordained an High Priest April 29, 1916 by Lehi Wright, and was set apart as Second Counselor to Bishop E. D. Whiting in Mt. Glen Ward Bishopric May 21, 1916 by George E. Stoddard Stake President.


My Grandfather John Bolton died Jan. 26, 1917 at Garland, Utah.  My Father died, William Henry Havens Nebeker, on 15th of June 1916 at Rigby, Idaho.


I was set apart as Class Leader in the Y.M.M.I.A. of Mt. Glen Ward August 12, 1917 by 1st Assistant in the Stake Superintendency Samuel F. Andrews.


Sister Irene (?) Allen was set apart as Supervisor of Religion Class in Mt. Glen Ward by J.W.H. Nebeker Oct. 21, 1917.


I ordained Ida Nebeker a member of the Church of Jesus Christ on 6th of April 1919; ordained Alex Nebeker a Deacon on the 25th of April 1920.


Set Annie H. Nebeker apart as Second Counselor to Sister Emily Zaugg May 2, 1920.  Set Annie H. Nebeker apart as Religion Class Instructor Oct. 9, 1916.


My Brother died 29th of Feb. 1920 at Rigby, Idaho.
