Glen Ward August 12, 1917 by 1st Assistant in the Stake Superintendency Samuel F. Andrews. Sister Irene (?) Allen was set apart as Supervisor of Religion Class in Mt. Glen Ward by J.W.H. Nebeker Oct. 21, 1917. I ordained Ida Nebeker a member of the Church of Jesus Christ on 6th of April 1919; ordained Alex Nebeker a Deacon on the 25th of April 1920. Set Annie H. Nebeker apart as Second Counselor to Sister Emily Zaugg May 2, 1920. Set Annie H. Nebeker apart as Religion Class Instructor Oct. 9, 1916. My Brother died 29th of Feb. 1920 at Rigby, Idaho.
